It all started in the early ’90s, in Romania, when our company was formed. Our sole purpose? The sale of goose feathers and down.
By gathering experts in the field, formerly employed by the state, we’ve managed to always provide perfect blends for our partners, and grow along side of them.
Even though we’ve constantly evolved throughout the years, our mission remains the same: Goose feathers and down sales.
For the past 3 decades, we’ve sold our goose feather & down blends all over the world. From Europe to North America, Africa & Asia, we’re proud to be a global supplier.
The first thing we do after receiving baled feathers and down, is to sort them using machine separation.
A series of cycles in different machines, remove dust, waste and eliminate foreign particles. The waste is then packed and ethically disposed.
Feeding equipment, sorting machines, selectors and filtering systems help us separate, then blend the feathers & down, to the required specifications.
After the sorting is finished, our merchandise is steamed at 120 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes, to clean and disinfect the final product.
When everything’s ready, we pack the feathers & down into bags ranging from 50 to 100 kilograms. We tag, label and batch everything, to get it ready for a new destination.
Before we load our merchandise into trucks, we take one more step to make sure everything is in order: A final check, using a metal detector, to eliminate changes of any foreign materials.
